We completed the entire process to move PAP, Home and Auto over to SF over the course of a few days. Saved me about 28% over Traveler's (who I knew was ripping me off, but still). "Have had nothing but the BEST experience with Tori Smith at Steve Paige State Farm. I had been shopping around for car insurance since my existing policy with another company had gotten entirely too high. I filled out a form and immediately regretted it since that meant I was going to be fielding calls from agents for days and days. Enter Tori who got me a great rate, less than I was paying before WITH a renters insurance policy and the flexibility of not having to pay in full and still receive the “discounted” rate that my other company claimed to give me. She was kind, informative, and not pushy. Just gave me the facts and they spoke for themselves. I switched right away and she even called a few weeks later to see if I had gotten all my documents. A+ in customer service and would recommend to anyone who wants good coverage, fair prices, and someone they can call when things go wrong."
